At LUM Auto, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
